Pillow Frenzy Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase.  We hope you are happy with your purchase.  We guarantee all our products to be free from defects.  If a defect is found in any of our products please see below for more information on our return policy.

Please note since we are transitioning to a custom and DIY design shop, all products are made to order.  We can only offer to replace the item if a defect is found.  If any in-stock product is returnable, we will note that on the product page.

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

SHIPPING

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

MARKETPLACE PURCHASES

Items purchased through Etsy, Ebay, Amazon or any other marketplace must be processed through the respective marketplace.  Each marketplace will have it's own return policies.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customer.service@retroactives.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging or a new mailer and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS(in-stock items only)

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

REPLACEMENT(custom and DIY items)

Custom and DIY items will only be replaced if a defect is discovered.  

PLEASE NOTE(in-stock items only)

Product must not be damaged, used or stained.
Refund will be issued upon receipt of item after inspection
