Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Orders placed prior to 12 pm(EST)on weekdays(Monday through Friday)that are not a holiday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm on weekdays will ship the folowing business day. Weekends and holidays order will ship the next business day.

Orders with incomplete or inaccurate information and orders flagged as suspicious may take an addition 2 days to process.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer shipping via USPS and UPS.

To simplify shipping, we offer free shipping

Most shipments will ship via USPS Mail and arrive within 1-3 business days. Oversized or manufacturer direct products may by ground or a different carrier. Under all circumstances we will deliver your products as quick as possible.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

* Expedited and overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters or even humn errors, delivery delays can occasionally occur. In such an event, PillowFrenzy will communicate such delays promptly.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

PillowFrenzy will not ship to a P.O. box unless we can verify the owner, payment method and need for such a shipment. We understand some customers may not be able to receive parcel shipments and will make exceptions in such instances

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages insures all shipments. If a product is damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact us immediately and we will send out a replacement ASAP. We may require a photo of the damaged product for proof to present for insurance claims.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
